Eskay Lab was established in 1989 by Dr Subodh K Gupta, a MBBS Graduate and Post graduate MD (Pathology) from Jawahar Lal Nehru Medical College, AMU, Aligarh and Ex-senior resident, Lady Harding Medical College, New Delhi. It has successfully developed itself into a state of art laboratory with the excellence in the field of laboratory medicine and undisputed quality.
It has been made possible by …… Sheer hard work by Eskay Lab team over the years, Stringent In-house Quality Control System, Participating in External National and International Quality Assessment Programs, Adopting latest Techniques and Using Sophisticated & Automated testing Equipments and Analyzers of International Standard from Japan, USA, Germany and Italy.
Eskay Lab is the oldest and the most reliable pathology laboratory in this part of Delhi. At present, it is the Best Equipped Laboratory in East Delhi and Noida.
It has the honor of being the first laboratory in East Delhi to get the ISO 9001:2008 Certification. Dr. Gupta, Director & Full time Pathologist, Quality manager and lab’s team ensure that Quality and Consistency are maintained at all the levels, right from patient’s registration & sampling to the final release of the report to rule out any pre analytical, analytical or post analytical error. Also, all the doubtful and alarming results are rechecked and verified on the alternate equipments.
There is a visiting consultant, MD Microbiologist to look after Microbiology section, especially the Culture & Sensitivity tests (e.g. urine, blood, stool and pus cultures etc.).
Dr Subodh K Gupta is the Founder Secretary and Ex President of The Association of Practicing Pathologists (APP, Regd.) having pathologist members from all over India. APP organises regular CMEs and National Conferences. APP also organises an ISO certified monthly Quality assurance programme (VILAC) for its members.
